We had a group of 11 and for the most part our first AirBNB experience. We initially had a unit reserved at Vista Cay which is right next to the convention center (for volleyball). Two hours prior to check in Matteus notified us that unit was trashed from the previous guest and was not able to be used. He gave us the option of a full refund or moving to the Story lake resort which was 9 miles o
