We paid for the hot tub however it definitely never got hot. supposedly it was reading 91 however the night they checked it we were literally shivering in the hot tub at 9 pm. 91 should be hot in any water. I expressed my concern the 1st night we paid for and this never got resolved nor was any reimbursement offered.
The place was good for what we needed it for. The kids loved the game room and activities. There was not a large enough pot to cook for the 14 people staying in the house. That would be something worth adding.
