We had a great 4-night stay. Easy access to OCCC. Unit was clean, as described, and communication was very good. Renters should be aware there are starter supplies only -- e.g., if you need more than 1 kitchen garbage bag, bring extras with you. Towels also limited (1 per person).
The house was nice, but I will say that there were a few noticeable things that could be fixed. When I arrived, the screen door on the balcony was broken and could not be opened wider, so I had to slip through. Also, the walls and floors were not very clean. I booked a 4 night stay for 3.5 baths and 3 bedrooms and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, and not enough to
